Paid projects, training, subscriptions, and other engagements may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, invoice, or programme terms. If those documents conflict with these general website terms, the specific written agreement controls for that engagement.

• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.

Ownership and licence rights for project deliverables are determined by the written agreement for that project.

You must have the authority to provide submitted material and must not submit content that infringes another person’s rights.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in Uganda, unless a specific written agreement provides another lawful dispute-resolution process.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, risks, or legal obligations. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means the updated terms apply to subsequent use, where permitted by law.
